  My wife and I went into your Demopolis, AL location on Friday Aug 5th 2016. It was around 9:15pm. No where else we wanted to eat was open that late, so we chose to eat Captian D's. We went inside to eat and it was a horrible mess. I cannot emphasis how filthy that restaurant was. The sad part is, there weren't any other guests inside. It's not like they were busy. There were two ladies working up front, one was doing all the order taking. The other I guess was supposed to be cleaning. But all she was worried about doing was fixing her boyfriend's food. He came inside and she stood talking to him in the dining room instead of cleaning. There were 3 full garbage bags, one tied up the other two still open laying in the floor. They stayed in the same spot the entire time. Every single table in there was dirty, none of them had been wiped down. There were crab shells laying in the floor. Receipts, napkins, condiment cups, forks, trays, straw wrappers everywhere. It was FILTHY. I mean DISGUSTING! We couldn't even stomach eating there. The works were just talking about being ready to go. They kept joking about closing at 10pm. The food was nasty. It was greasy as could be. The fish was slimey inside. The cole slaw was a big pile of mayonaise with a little whatever else was in it and it was room temp. I didn't even eat my food. I paid $23 for that mess and couldn't even eat it.
  
  They should be ashamed of themselves operating a restaurant that filthy. I could tell it had recently had an update to the building. I wouldn't have wasted my money, because the employees don't give a crap. That place is a health hazard, it is N A S T Y it needs to be condemened and closed down. I am not even joking. That was the WORST restaurant experience of my life!
  
  I don't eat Captian D's that often, but when I do it's usually Meridian MS. I just happened to be traveling through Demopolis AL when we stopped there. Never again will I eat there.

  It take for ever thru the drive thru if you don't have 20mins and a good running car don't even try it. That's every time if you think I'm lien go try it for yourself .
